OST fully implements the IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system standard. Guided by the quality policy of "accurate manufacturing, scientific management, realistic innovation and high-quality service", OST fully implements the company's quality management process from identifying "customer needs" to the whole process of "product delivery (service)".

For each customer order, the company organizes a comprehensive review and fully identifies customer needs to ensure that the company is able to meet customer needs before accepting orders;

In project development, OSt use FMEA tool to fully identify the product or the risk points in the product realization process, and continuously improve the product and optimize the process to improve the product quality performance and improve the process capability;

In the production process, all processes are required to strictly follow SOP and CP to ensure the conformity and consistency of the output product quality;

For the selection of suppliers, the company seeks professional manufacturing or service provider cooperation and forms true stakeholders based on the principle of professional counterpart and mutual benefit.

OST pursues "zero defect" in quality objectives, and implements the pragmatic concept of "doing things right once" in process control.
